It may also be possible to request a paper hearing of the appeal. We serve an NOI setting out the reasons for the action proposed. It will not be retained by the inspector personally. We may issue a caution against any person, whether registered with us or not, who commits an offence for which we are the prosecuting authority. If the provider fails to comply with the action, we will consider the appropriate enforcement action, in line with our enforcement thresholds and decision-making provisions.
