Join or Create a guild, enter your guild hall from the guild lobby off PoK, find Zeflmin Werlikanin, buy a Fulligan Soulstone of Innoruk and give it to him. The Fortress Mechanotus Zones(75-85)(Guild Hall>Buy Dragonscale Faycite>TP to Dragonscale Hills>Fortress Mechanotus>Gyrospires/Meldraths/SHIP/Steam Factory) - This area isn't one of my favorites and I haven't spent a considerable amount of time hunting in them.
